Umbelliferone reverses depression-like behavior in chronic unpredictable mild stress-induced rats by attenuating neuronal apoptosis via regulating ROCK/Akt pathway
TL;DR: Treatment with umbelliferone significantly ameliorated CUMS‐induced depressive‐like behaviors, such as decreased sucrose consumption, reduced locomotor activity and prolonged immobility time, and showed neuroprotective effects on CUMS-induced model of depression.
