TL;DR: It was shown by indirect immunfluorescence that the components occurring in amniotic and allantoic fluids do not bind to bacterial and viral antigens, and the total protein concentration in the amniotics fluid is increasing during maturation until it reaches 1.4% in the mature fetus.
Abstract: Summary The proteins present in the amniotic and allantoic fluids and serum samples and the lipids present in the amniotic fluids, of 80 ovine fetuses were analysed qualitatively and quantitatively. The total protein concentration in the amniotic fluid is increasing during maturation until it reaches 1.0–1.4% in the mature fetus. The protein concentration of the allantoic fluid is about 2%, showing no considerable change between less than 3 months of age and birth. In the fetal serum, protein concentration reaches 5.2% in the 5th month. It was shown by polyacryl amide gel electrophoresis and immunoelectrophoresis that there are two protein fractions (α1 and β2) in the amniotic fluid under 3 months of age and an additional prealbumin fraction of high mobility appears after the third month. The early allantoic proteins are composed of 6 fractions, which agree in mobility with α and β globulin. From the 4th month on two components of α activity disappear while a new fraction, migrating towards the cathode, appears. This fraction cannot be detected either in the fetal serum or in the adult sheep serum. It was shown by indirect immunfluorescence that the components occurring in amniotic and allantoic fluids do not bind to bacterial and viral antigens. Lipids make up about 1.2% of the amniotic fluid without any change during maturation. They are composed of phospholipids, di- and triglycerides, cholesterol and cholesterol esters. The saponifiable fraction is composed of C14—C22 fatty acids, of which and C16 and C18:1 are declining while C18:2 is rising in concentration during maturation.

TL;DR: The age-related changes were observed on cell counts of lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, Basophils, basophils in Myanmar local puppies.
Abstract: The hematological parameters were used to monitor the health status and its components also changed according to the ages. However, there were no reports for this issues in Myanmar local dogs. Thus, this study was carried out to investigate the age-related changes on the hematological parameters of local puppies in Myanmar. Ten local puppies with the age of 2-3 month old were used in this experiment, which was lasted for 8 weeks. The daily clinical examinations were conducted throughout the entire experimental period for general health check-up. Haematological parameters (Total WBC count and its differential counts, and RBC, HCT, MCV, HGB, MCH, MCHC and platelets) were measured bi-weekly with Abacus Vet-5 automate haematology analyser. According to the results, the total WBC and eosinophil counts were not significantly different (P>0.05), while lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils and basophils were significantly different (P 0.05) throughout the experimental periods. Thus, the age-related changes were observed on cell counts of lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils, basophils in Myanmar local puppies.
