Overall Survival and Updated Results for Sunitinib Compared With Interferon Alfa in Patients With Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma

TL;DR: Sunitinib demonstrates longer overall survival compared with IFN-alpha plus improvement in response and progression-free survival in the first-line treatment of patients with metastatic RCC, highlighting an improved prognosis in patients with RCC in the era of targeted therapy.
Journal ArticleDOI

Survival and Prognostic Stratification of 670 Patients With Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma

Predictors of a favorable outcome in patients treated by chiropractors for neck pain (vol 33, pg 1451, 2008)

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined which clinical and sociodemographic baseline variables can predict a favorable outcome in subjects with neck pain treated by chiropractors, and found that shorter duration of neck pain at the first visit was the only predictor consistently found to be predictive of favorable outcome for all three outcome measures examined.
