TL;DR: In this article , an integrated network pharmacology and targeted metabolomics approach was utilized to investigate the mechanism of ellagic acid against sleep deprivation (SD)-induced memory impairment and anxiety, and the experimental results further demonstrated that EA significantly reduced the increased expression of CYP1B1 and COMT caused by SD.
