Combination of searches for invisible decays of the Higgs boson using 139 fb−1 of proton-proton collision data at s=13 TeV collected with the ATLAS experiment

Georges Aad, +2770 more
- 01 May 2023 -
TL;DR: In this paper , a statistical combination of searches for H $\rightarrow$ invisible decays where multiple production modes of the Standard Model Higgs boson are considered was performed with the ATLAS detector using 139 fb$^{-1}$ of proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV at the LHC.
Journal ArticleDOI

Measurement of the branching fraction and decay rate asymmetry of B-→Dπ+π-π0K-

Bernard Aubert, +636 more
- 01 Oct 2005 -
TL;DR: In this article, a doubly Cabibbo-suppressed decay chain was used to measure the CKM phase and the decay rate asymmetry A = -0.02 {+-} 0.16 (stat.) and 0.03 (syst.) for the full decay chain.
Journal ArticleDOI

Search for bottom-squark pair production in pp collision events at s =13 TeV with hadronically decaying τ -leptons, b -jets, and missing transverse momentum using the ATLAS detector

Georges Aad, +2972 more
- 01 Aug 2021 -
TL;DR: In this paper, a search for pair production of bottom quarks in events with hadronically decaying τ-leptons, b-tagged jets, and large missing transverse momentum is presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

Comparison between simulated and observed LHC beam backgrounds in the ATLAS experiment at E beam =4 TeV

Morad Aaboud, +2913 more
TL;DR: In this article, the results of dedicated Monte Carlo simulations of beam-induced background (BIB) in the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) are presented and compared with data recorded in 2012.
Journal ArticleDOI

Search for selectron and squark production in e + p collisions at HERA

J. Breitweg, +415 more
- 20 Aug 1998 -
TL;DR: In this article, the authors search for the production of a selectron and a squark in e + p collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 300 GeV using the ZEUS detector at HERA.
