TL;DR: In this article, a simple model satisfactorily describes the phase equilibria of the system near the InP corner of the phase diagram, in particular the solidus isotherms are in good agreement with calculation.

08 Apr 1983TL;DR: In this article, an RF probe for a gyromagnetic resonance spectrometer includes a coil cage for supporting the probe coil, which is formed of a number of rod-like members displaced parallel to the coil axis and spaced apart from the axis at a constant distance.
Abstract: An RF probe for a gyromagnetic resonance spectrometer includes a coil cage for supporting the probe coil preferably within the cage formed of a number of rod-like members displaced parallel to the coil axis and spaced apart from the axis at a constant distance. Access to the coil through an axial continuous slot 46 or equivalent eliminates axial discontinuity in susceptibility due to discrete holes in the coil form.

TL;DR: In this article, a semiconductor wafer is placed in close proximity to a solid planar dopant source and rapidly heating the combination to a high temperature for a short time in a rapid thermal processing apparatus.
Abstract: Doping of a semiconductor wafer is accomplished by placing the wafer in close proximity to a solid planar dopant source and rapidly heating the combination to a high temperature for a short time in a rapid thermal processing apparatus.

11 Apr 1991TL;DR: In this paper, a high voltage high power DC source includes a magnetic flux pole structure responsive to a high frequency, relatively low voltage source inductively coupled to the pole, and multiple AC-to-DC converters are connected in series, stacked relationship with each other.
Abstract: A high voltage high power DC source includes a magnetic flux pole structure responsive to a high frequency, relatively low voltage source inductively coupled to the pole. Multiple AC to DC converters inductively coupled to the pole are connected in series, stacked relationship with each other, to derive the high voltage, high power DC output. Each stage includes a pair of oppositely wound planar coils on opposite sides of a printed circuit board. The printed circuits of the different stages are displaced from each other and a coil driven by the high frequency source.

15 Jan 1970TL;DR: In this paper, a logarithmic radio frequency amplifier is described, which employs a series of cascaded RF amplifier stages, each of which includes a detector for demodulating the output of each amplifier to produce a video signal.
Abstract: A logarithmic radio frequency amplifier is disclosed which employs a series of cascaded RF amplifier stages. Each amplifier stage includes a detector for demodulating the output of each amplifier to produce a video signal. A limiter is provided for each detector for limiting the video signal output of each of the detectors. The limited video output from each successive stage is applied to a summing delay line to produce the logarithmic video output at the end of the delay line.
