TL;DR: In the proposed AFSMO to improve global convergence and get rid of stagnation, two phases of basic SMO, global leader phase, and local leader decision phase are modified by introducing an accelerative factor.
Abstract: Swarm intelligence (SI) based algorithms are very efficient and popular techniques since the last decade. Spider monkey optimisation (SMO) algorithm is a recent addition to the arena of SI. SMO is triggered from the food searching behaviour of spider monkeys that follow fission-fusion social system (FFSS). Although SMO has been performing very well sometimes there are some issues like stagnation, slow convergence etc. To overcome the above-mentioned issues, an efficient variant of SMO has been introduced. The proposed variant is entitled as Accelerative Factor based Spider Monkey Optimization (AFSMO) algorithm. In the proposed AFSMO to improve global convergence and get rid of stagnation, two phases of basic SMO, global leader phase, and local leader decision phase are modified by introducing an accelerative factor. This accelerative factor is decreasing the step size in an intelligent manner. Further, the efficiency and reliability of proposed AFSMO are validated over 15 different benchmark functions and Comparative study of the results of AFSMO is being done with several algorithms. The outcome of the proposed algorithm is clearly distinguishable and outperforming.

TL;DR: The experimental results verify the efficiency of this method by comparing it with two other methods and the parameter Structural Similarity Index Metric is used to gauge the accuracy of the three methods.
Abstract: The undesirable local change in the illumination intensity observed in a captured image often due to some opaque object hindering the light path is termed as shadow. Apart from resisting the image to deliver the high quality content, it also reduces the efficiency of various next level image processing applications such as object detection, feature extraction etc. This paper proposes a method to recoup a shadow recovered image. The method involves the detection of shadow which also includes morphological filtering to rule out the ambiguities and then eliminating the detected shadow. This paper adopts Gamma correction technique for shadow removal. The experimental results verify the efficiency of this method by comparing it with two other methods. The parameter Structural Similarity Index Metric is also used to gauge the accuracy of the three methods.

TL;DR: The intended algorithm is compared with basic gravitational search algorithm (GSA), spider monkey optimization (SMO), biogeography optimization algorithm (BBO), and one of its recent variant fitness-based gravitational search algorithms (FBGSA) over 15 benchmark functions and the obtained outcomes prove the performance of the introduced algorithm.
Abstract: Gravitational search algorithm (GSA) is modeled on the theory of Newton’s law of gravity and motion. It is a well-known swarm intelligence (SI)-based heuristic optimization technique. GSA also experienced the problem of slow convergence like other SI-dependent algorithms. Hence, to improve the convergence and exploitation capability, a variant of GSA is introduced. The proposed algorithm is specified as fast convergent gravitational search algorithm (FCGSA). In FCGSA, a sigmoidal function is used that controls the number of agents that employ the force to another agent in the search region, to enhance the convergence speed. Further, in the location modification process of FCGSA, the step size is exponentially computed, leads to improve exploitation capability. The intended algorithm is compared with basic gravitational search algorithm (GSA), spider monkey optimization (SMO), biogeography optimization algorithm (BBO), and one of its recent variant fitness-based gravitational search algorithm (FBGSA) over 15 benchmark functions and the obtained outcomes prove the performance of the introduced algorithm.

TL;DR: Impact on impacts and roles of AI to enhance the quality of services offered by hotel industry are emphasis on.
Abstract: Looking to the international pandemic scenario we are very much aware that the major impact of this kind of pandemic will be on hotel industry. As everyone who is leaving his or her home for any kind of work wish that they must be safe and their life will not be in any kind of danger due to their stay outside their home in any sort of Hotels. As we all know that keeping proper sanitization and cleaning every time after new guest arrives in their hotel will be a big task for themselves. Because at this time no one want to take any kind of risk towards their life. Keeping into mind we all have come across a vibrant technology termed as Artificial Intelligence or AI. AI expresses the do something actually smart movement by mean of modern computers or machines. Artificial intelligence (AI), as an intuition, has developed since 1950s, but due to its explicit advancement it is only come into existence in recent circumstances in which technology has refined and reached to the position where it can be deliberated unfailing adequate to organize for significant industry assignments. This means by use of this technology the hotel possessor can accumulate large amount of money, can eradicate human error and offer excellent service. Here in this paper author try to emphasis on impacts and roles of AI to enhance the quality of services offered by hotel industry.
