TL;DR: Sharma and Gidwani as mentioned in this paper presented a comprehensive review of hybrid energy generation system with energy storage system, which is the combination of wind energy conversion system and photo voltaic energy generator system with ESS system.
Abstract: Small grid industry has tremendous growth in the present market. This paper presents a comprehensive review of hybrid energy generation system with energy storage system. The hybrid system is the combination of wind energy conversion system and photo voltaic energy generation system with energy storage system. This system is grid connected so as to feed the energy in the grid and take the energy from the grid. Since this power is very highly variable when it is generated by the wind, solar etc. Consequently, Renewable energy has limited contribution in the power generation and this type of energy generation is difficult to control. So this problem is solved by integration of this hybrid energy system with Energy Storage System. This paper presents the up to date Technical review for Energy generation System with the integration of energy storage system. The aim of this paper is to provide a broad prospective on the status of hybrid energy generation with Energy Storage System and grid interfacing technology to Review Article Sharma and Gidwani; CJAST, 21(6): 1-13, 2017; Article no.CJAST.34383 2 researcher & application engineers dealing with advantages, disadvantage and main application when it is connected to the power system. A more than hundred research articles on this subject is allow appended for a quick overview & reference.

TL;DR: This work proposes a mixture of hybrid features for based image retrieval in which color features are obtained using color histogram method which will ultimately give the color gradient.
Abstract: The method of retrieval of similar images on the basis of various contents of query images finds its application in various domains such as Identification of Fingerprints, Information Systems of Biodiversity, Digitally acquainted Libraries, Prevention of crimes, Medical, Research of Historical places & many others. With the vast growth in different types of images over internet, it becomes a challenging task to retrieve efficient result from the large database. Content based image retrieval (CBIR) gives solution to the stated problem as it uses visual image contents or features such as color, shape, texture unlike only focusing on keywords deals with particular image. This work proposes a mixture of hybrid features for based image retrieval in which color features are obtained using color histogram method which will ultimately give the color gradient. The outer and inner edge would be extracted through gabor wavelet method. The final features vector would be constructed by combining these above methods to retrieve visually similar images. The developed algorithm has been tested on wide range of datasets and the performance is recorded in terms of matching score and subjective analysis. The obtained results are competitive with respect to recently proposed methodologies.

TL;DR: Comparison study and simulation of PV system connected with Z-source and conventional inverters output are analyzed and effectiveness of Z- source inverter as compare to conventional inverter is given.
Abstract: In proposed article comparative study and simulation of PV system connected with Z-source and conventional inverters output are analyzed. A perturb and observe MPPT technique incorporated for maximizing output power of PV panel. Inverters is used in our system are receiving power input (DC) from PV system and inverters output is controlled by various triggering by space vector pulse width modulation technique (SVPWM). Respectively output voltages of both types of inverters are compared in respect of total harmonic distortion (THD) and obtain simulation results are gives effectiveness of Z-source inverter as compare to conventional inverter. In both cases inverters are able to calculate distortion factor according to IEEE standard. Projected model is intended under MATLAB/SIMULINK platform 2016(b).

TL;DR: The results validate the suitability of the proposed system for solar powered blower application and find the scheme highly suitable due to various advantages like wide MPPT operating range, simple configuration and high efficiency.
Abstract: A solar PV array fed PMBLDCM drive system for blower applications is presented in this paper. The power optimization of the solar PV array is done using modified DCDC converter based MPPT technology. The scheme is efficient, reliable and suitable for rural areas where the grid supply is limited. The PMBLDCM based blower is also works during bad weather conditions at lower speed. The scheme found highly suitable due to various advantages like wide MPPT operating range, simple configuration and high efficiency. The scheme is simulated and tested at various operating conditions (steady state and dynamic) and at different environmental condition (different insolation levels). The results validate the suitability of the proposed system for solar powered blower application.

TL;DR: In this article, a compact dual-band coplanar waveguide (CPW) fed patch antenna is presented, which is composed of rectangular patch and ground plane, which occupies a small area of 38×50mm2.
Abstract: In this paper, a compact dualband coplanar waveguide (CPW) fed patch antenna is presented. This antenna prototype is composed of rectangular patch and ground plane, which occupies a small area of 38×50mm2. Rectangular patch has vertical stub at each edge. Vertical slot is etched into ground plane, which is symmetrically placed at both side of the transmission line. Radiating patch and ground plane both are placed on the front surface of the dielectric substrate. Simulated and measured results demonstrate that this antenna has dualband characteristic. This antenna provides 490 MHz and 330 MHz impedance bandwidth over 1.67-2.16 GHz and 3.39-3.72 GHz frequency bands respectively, which can easily cover the DCS/DECT/PCS/PHS and WiMAX communication bands. In addition, parameters are also studied.
