TL;DR: The results show that polarization reconfigurable antenna has good switchable radiation performance at 2.8 GHz, which can be used for wireless communication systems.
Abstract: In this paper, a novel design of square patch antenna with a switchable polarization sense. The propose structure is reconfigurable patch antenna with polarization states being switched among linear polarization (LP), left-hand circular polarization (LHCP) and right-hand circular polarizations (RHCP). This antenna structure has four L-shaped slots on the ground plane, and the Circular Polarization (CP) radiation can be achieved by current perturbation due to the switchable slotted ground plane. The Polarization sense of the proposed antenna is altered by the current path that is redirected with switchable p-i-n diodes on the ground slots. Since the slots and diodes are not on the patch, these are placed on ground so the influences of the slots and p-i-n diodes on antenna performance are minimized. The proposed antenna has a simple and compact structure and can radiate a LP, RHCP a LHCP wave without altering the main beam direction. The results show that polarization reconfigurable antenna has good switchable radiation performance at 2.8 GHz, which can be used for wireless communication systems.

TL;DR: This paper work deals with elimination of harmonics using shunt active power filter (SAPF) and its success in meeting power quality standards limits as IEEE standards.
Abstract: This paper work deals with elimination of harmonics using shunt active power filter (SAPF). Active power filters are widely used for reduction of harmonics in power system caused by nonlinear loads. The reference current is determined for compensation of harmonics source current with help of synchronous reference frame (SRF) method using proportional integrator (PI) controller. Modification is accomplished by tuning of PI with gravitational search algorithm (GSA). Performance of system with GSA tuned PI controller is compared to conventional controller. It minimizes settling time, overshoot that show improvement in SAPF transient performance. The proposed system is simulated using MATLAB/Simulink and its success in meeting power quality standards limits as IEEE standards.

TL;DR: A secure XOR operation based visual cryptography and image processing technique to secure banking transaction and here the case of joint account operation is considered.
Abstract: The use of computers and internet has become so pervasive so it influences all the banking sectors. Security has become the most important aspect in today's banking transaction system because banks are committed to provide secure core banking services to their customers. To achieve this goal authenticity of the users is required i.e. only the authorized users can take part in the transaction. Regarding this purpose banks uses Biometrics based authentication systems but due to unavoidable malicious activities database of the banking system is no longer secure. Smart hackers can fetch biometric details of customers from the bank's database and later can use it for fake transactions. To avoid all this catastrophic things Visual cryptographic technique is used. Visual Cryptography is an efficient encryption scheme in which information hide inside the images and decrypted only by human visual system. In this paper we propose a secure XOR operation based visual cryptography and image processing technique to secure banking transaction. Here we consider the case of joint account operation.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented an autonomous wind power system with a typical power demand of 2 to 5kW. In the case of low wind speed, the energy is provided by energy storage, in this case the hydrogen fuel cell was chosen.
Abstract: This paper is related to autonomous wind power system with typical power demand of 2 to 5kW. Presented power system is designed for private houses or small farms. In the case of low wind speed the energy is provided by energy storage, in mentioned system for this purpose the hydrogen fuel cell was chosen. The main purpose of this paper is to find optimal solutions for creation and control of DC/AC converter used for load supply in the autonomous power supply system. To make the power system more economically profitable the utilization of the heat of fuel cell cooling system should be accomplished. Various new-trend control methods should be implemented of the single-phase 5-level NPC converter therefore decreasing the size of the output filter compared to the implemented classical PWM method.

TL;DR: Simulation results of versatile analysis shows that this algorithm provides high security and resourceful for colour image by using component based Partial Random Phase Encoding and Fractional Fourier Transformation.
Abstract: A variety of image encryption algorithms have been initiated to prevent personal and confidential images from various security attacks. This paper is proposing an encryption and decryption idea on colour image by using component based Partial Random Phase Encoding (PRPE) and Fractional Fourier Transformation. The encoding converts the input RGB colour image into HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) format. In the formation of HSV, the order of Hue and Saturation contains phase masking of higher same order while V consists of lower order than H and S. A Fractional Fourier transform pretend as a key which offers extra degree of security in different orders. By using correct keys and Fractional orders, primary images can be recovered. The HSV image has reverted back to the RGB format again in decryption method. The level of encryption of various techniques compute the robustness of image and it is verified by mean square error (MSE) as well as peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) value. Simulation results of versatile analysis shows that this algorithm provides high security and resourceful for colour image.
