TL;DR: Agarwal et al. as mentioned in this paper found that a dor cronica nao interferiu no esquema corporal, nos estados de humor assim como nao diminui o desempenho motor dos atletas de alto rendimento (homens e mulheres), de modo a identifi car os efeitos da dor na agilidade motora and nos estado de humor.
Abstract: O esquema corporal (EC) e a capacidade de reconhecer as partes e dimensoes do corpo de olhos fechados.

TL;DR: In this paper, a study on the use of Photovoice (PV) in the area of Educacao Fisica (EF) in Saude Publica is presented.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors show up to the physical education teacher the most recent bibliographic characteristics of the DMI holder and their respective implications, in order to show that the teacher should be always alert in question to the particular characteristics of their diabetic students during hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia situations.
Abstract: A child and a teenager with diabetes mellitus type 1 (DM type1) need attention and special care over their lives. The school is an important social group over the childhood and adolescence, and if it is well structured and with well aware professionals concerning the disease, it will be able to interfere in a decisive way in the lives of children and teenagers with DM type1. The physical education teacher must be prepared in a special way, due to physical activity, the risk of occur a hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia crisis over the class increases considerably. At this, it is necessary for teachers to be always alert in question to the particular characteristics of their diabetic students during hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia situations. In the presence of such necessity, the aim of this article is to show up to the physical education teacher the most recent bibliographic characteristics of the DMI-holder and respective implications.

TL;DR: It is concluded that the level of physical activity did not influence the body image and body esthetic of the women.
Abstract: Physical exercise has the ability to alter the measurements of the body related to esthetic. The objective of the present study was to compare the body image and body esthetic between two groups of women with different levels of physical activity. We evaluated 79 women who were divided into 2 groups: 39 women with low or moderate levels of physical activity, and 40 women with high levels of physical activity according to the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). Anthropometric and body composition measurements were taken using the InBody S10 multifrequency device (InBody Co., Eonju-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea). The scale of silhouettes, which is composed of 9 engravings of body images, was used to verify the body image, as well as the Portuguese version of the Body Shape Questionnaire (BSQ) validated for university students. The group of evaluators was composed of twenty physical education professionals of both sexes, ten male and ten female. The group with low/moderate levels of physical activity, as expected, showed a lower amount (minutes per week) of physical activity of mild, moderate and vigorous intensity when compared with the group with high levels of physical activity (p 0.05). The overall body esthetic score, attributed only by the male and only by the female evaluators, did not differ significantly (p > 0.05). We concluded that the level of physical activity did not influence the body image and body esthetic of the women.
