Journal ArticleDOI

Minimal information for studies of extracellular vesicles 2018 (MISEV2018) : a position statement of the International Society for Extracellular Vesicles and update of the MISEV2014 guidelines

Clotilde Théry, +417 more
TL;DR: The MISEV2018 guidelines include tables and outlines of suggested protocols and steps to follow to document specific EV-associated functional activities, and a checklist is provided with summaries of key points.
Journal ArticleDOI

The Transcriptional Landscape of the Mammalian Genome

Piero Carninci, +197 more
- 02 Sep 2005 -
TL;DR: Detailed polling of transcription start and termination sites and analysis of previously unidentified full-length complementary DNAs derived from the mouse genome provide a comprehensive platform for the comparative analysis of mammalian transcriptional regulation in differentiation and development.
Journal ArticleDOI

Analysis of the mouse transcriptome based on functional annotation of 60,770 full-length cDNAs

Yasushi Okazaki, +138 more
- 05 Dec 2002 -
TL;DR: The present work, completely supported by physical clones, provides the most comprehensive survey of a mammalian transcriptome so far, and is a valuable resource for functional genomics.
Journal ArticleDOI

Alzheimer's β-amyloid peptide specifically interacts with and is degraded by insulin degrading enzyme

TL;DR: Purified rat IDE effectively degraded βA, and this protein was identified as insulin degrading enzyme (IDE) since the labeling of the 110 kDa protein was completely blocked by an excess of insulin, and anti‐IDE monoclonal antibodies precipitated the labeled protein.
