Journal ArticleDOI
Significance of one-bead-one-compound combinational chemistry.
Xiaoyuan Chen,Sanjiv S. Gambhir +1 more
TL;DR: Picomolar-affinity peptidomimetics for the integrin α4 β1 have now been developed and have been successfully used to image α4β1-expressing tumors in living mice.
Journal ArticleDOI
Radioiodinated Small Molecule Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor for HER2 Selective SPECT Imaging
Longguang Tang,Longguang Tang,Chenyu Peng,Bowen Tang,Zijing Li,Xiangyu Wang,Jindian Li,Fei Gao,Lumei Huang,Duo Xu,Pu Zhang,Rongqiang Zhuang,Xinhui Su,Xiaoyuan Chen,Xianzhong Zhang +14 more
TL;DR: The radiolabeled HER2-selective inhibitor 125/131I-IBA-CP is a promising probe for in vivo detection of Her2-positive tumors and displays superior in vitro inhibitory activity and selectivity for HER2 over 6 other cancer-related tyrosine kinases.
Proceedings ArticleDOI
Surface-Plasmon Enhanced Near-Bandgap Light Absorption in Silicon Photovoltaics
Lu Hu,Xiaoyuan Chen,Gang Chen +2 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a light-trapping mechanism for thin-film silicon solar cells to capture the long-wavelength photons near the bandgap (1.1eV) due to the indirect bandgap of silicon.
Journal ArticleDOI
Separation of nucleobases and their derivatives with organic-high ionic strength aqueous phase systems by spiral high-speed counter-current chromatography
TL;DR: It was found that cytosine and cytidine peaks showed some irregular two peaks probably due to their keto and enol isomers, while the separation of AMP forms two peaks especially when TMP was added in the sample solution, the mechanism of which is now under investigation in the laboratory.
Journal ArticleDOI
Peptides and Peptide Conjugates in Medicine.
Honggang Cui,Xiaoyuan Chen +1 more
TL;DR: This themed issue is intended to bring leading researchers working on peptides and peptide conjugates to review the recent progress in utilizing peptide-based constructs to interface with biology for specific biomedical applications.
