Journal ArticleDOI
When radionuclides meet nanoparticles.
Gang Niu,Xiaoyuan Chen +1 more
TL;DR: Interaction between radionuclides and nanoparticles expands the in vivo imaging possibilities based on Cerenkov luminescence.
Journal ArticleDOI
Dual-factor triggered fluorogenic nanoprobe for ultrahigh contrast and subdiffraction fluorescence imaging
Zhe Wang,Xiao-Xiang Zhang,Peng Huang,Wei-Dong Zhao,Dingbin Liu,Liming Nie,Xuyi Yue,Xuyi Yue,Shouju Wang,Ying Ma,Dale O. Kiesewetter,Gang Niu,Xiaoyuan Chen +12 more
TL;DR: A new NIR dye embedded fluorogenic nanoprobe (fg-nanoprobe) was developed for ultrahigh contrast in vitro and in vivo imaging with negligible background interference and the achieved S/N ratio was found to be attributed to the synergistic effects of the cellular compartmental triggered fluorogenicity and pH tunable fluorescence on/off character.
Journal ArticleDOI
Resection and survival data from a clinical trial of glioblastoma multiforme-specific IRDye800-BBN fluorescence-guided surgery
Kunshan He,Kunshan He,Chongwei Chi,Deling Li,Jingjing Zhang,Gang Niu,Fangqiao Lv,Junmei Wang,Wenqiang Che,Liwei Zhang,Nan Ji,Zhaohui Zhu,Jie Tian,Jie Tian,Xiaoyuan Chen +14 more
TL;DR: GBM‐specific fluorescent IRDye800‐BBN can help neurosurgeons identify the tumor boundary with sensitivity and specificity, and may improve survival outcomes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cell transcriptional state alters genomic patterns of DNA double-strand break repair in human astrocytes
Raymund Yong,Chunzhang Yang,Jie Lu,Huaien Wang,Cody D. Schlaff,Anita Tandle,Christian A. Graves,Abdel G. Elkahloun,Xiaoyuan Chen,Zhengping Zhuang,Russell R. Lonser +10 more
TL;DR: It is shown that altering the transcriptional state of human astrocytes alters patterns of DNA damage repair from ionizing radiation at a gene locus-specific and genome-wide level, and the precise characterization of genomic regions susceptible to mutation in specific transcriptional states provides new opportunities for addressing clonal evolution in solid cancers.
Journal ArticleDOI
Highly Efficient and Stable Strain-Release Radioiodination for Thiol Chemoselective Bioconjugation
Pu Zhang,Rongqiang Zhuang,Xiangyu Wang,Huanhuan Liu,Jindian Li,Xinhui Su,Xiaoyuan Chen,Xianzhong Zhang +7 more
TL;DR: A new heterobifunctional radioiodination agent which has very good thiol selectivity and excellent stability with high radiolabeling yield was synthesized, characterized, and applied successfully for thiol-contained peptide labeling.
