Peter J. Campbell, +1332 more
- 06 Feb 2020 -
TL;DR: The flagship paper of the ICGC/TCGA Pan-Cancer Analysis of Whole Genomes Consortium describes the generation of the integrative analyses of 2,658 whole-cancer genomes and their matching normal tissues across 38 tumour types, the structures for international data sharing and standardized analyses, and the main scientific findings from across the consortium studies.
Journal ArticleDOI

Pathway activation patterns in diffuse large B-cell lymphomas.

TL;DR: Signatures of eight oncogene-inducible pathways are generated which are conserved across epithelial and lymphoid tissues and identified four distinct groups of mature aggressive B-cell lymphomas across independent gene expression studies with distinct biological characteristics, genetic aberrations and prognosis.
Journal ArticleDOI

Relevance of ID3-TCF3-CCND3 Pathway Mutations in Pediatric Aggressive B-cell Lymphoma Treated According to the non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Berlin-Frankfurt-Münster Protocols

TL;DR: In this article, the frequency and clinical relevance of mutations in ID3, TCF3 and CCND3 were analyzed within a well-defined cohort of 84 uniformly diagnosed and treated pediatric B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma patients of the Berlin-Frankfurt-Munster group.
