26 Jul 2007TL;DR: In this paper, a display device consisting of a pixel array unit and a driving unit which drives the pixel array units is described, where a first scanner performs line-sequential scanning to pixels by each row by supplying a first control signal to each first scanning line sequentially, a second scanner supplying a second control signal on each second scanning line, and a signal selector supplying a video signal to rows of signal lines so as to correspond to the line sequential scanning.
Abstract: A display device is disclosed. The display device includes: a pixel array unit and a driving unit which drives the pixel array unit. The pixel array unit includes rows of first scanning lines and second scanning lines, columns of signals, pixels in a matrix state arranged at portions where the scanning lines and the signal lines cross each other and power supply lines and ground lines supplying power to respective pixels. The driving unit includes a first scanner performing line-sequential scanning to pixels by each row by supplying a first control signal to each first scanning line sequentially, a second scanner supplying a second control signal to each second scanning line sequentially so as to correspond to the line-sequential scanning and a signal selector supplying a video signal to rows of signal lines so as to correspond to the line-sequential scanning.

06 May 2005TL;DR: In this paper, a content distribution is performed by a secure container including a content encrypted by a content key and container information set for a content transaction, the container information includes a person identification certificate identifiers list.
Abstract: A content distribution is performed by a secure container including a content encrypted by a content key and container information set for a content transaction. The container information includes a person identification certificate identifiers list. Usage control status information including the list is generated and stored in a device during a secondary distribution among user devices after a primary distribution of the content. In the distribution among the user devices, identifying an identification certificate in reference to the list and performing a person authentication based on the identification certificate allows each of the user devices to use the transmitted content, when the authentication is affirmative.

09 Mar 2010TL;DR: In this article, a sensor apparatus consisting of a touch panel, a casing, and a pressure-sensitive sensor is presented, which detects a pressing force input to the input operation surface, as a change of a capacitance between the first and second electrodes.
Abstract: A sensor apparatus and an information processing apparatus having excellent operability are provided. A sensor apparatus includes a touch panel, a casing, and a pressure-sensitive sensor. The touch panel includes an input operation surface and detects a position at which an operator comes into contact with the input operation surface directly or indirectly. The casing accommodates the touch panel. The pressure-sensitive sensor includes a first electrode fixed to the touch panel, a second electrode fixed to the casing, and an elastic body arranged between the touch panel and the casing and elastically supporting the touch panel with respect to the casing. The pressure-sensitive sensor detects a pressing force input to the input operation surface, as a change of a capacitance between the first and second electrodes.
