Journal ArticleDOI

Degradable Glycopolyester-like Nanoparticles by Radical Ring-Opening Polymerization.

TL;DR: A small library of degradable polyester-like glycopolymers was successfully prepared by the combination of radical ring-opening copolymerization of 2-methylene-1,3-dioxepane as a cyclic ketene acetal with vinyl ether derivatives and a Pd-catalyzed thioglycoconjugation, which were stable up to 4 months and were enzymatically degraded.
Posted ContentDOI

Cell-free expression and characterization of multivalent rhamnose-binding lectins using biolayer interferometry

TL;DR: In this paper , the cell-free expressed lectins can be directly coupled with BLI analysis, either in solution or immobilized on the sensor, to measure interaction with carbohydrate ligands without purification.

Burkholderia cenocepacia and its novel two domain superlectin

TL;DR: The structural basis of the protein affinity towards different saccharides could serve as a starting point in the design of new and efficient ligand analogs and inhibitors, which may direct the conception of new strategies to fight against pathogenic agents.
