Piperlongumine-inhibited TRIM14 signaling sensitizes glioblastoma cells to temozolomide treatment.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors identified PL-regulated networks in suppressing Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) malignancy and found that PL treatment significantly induced more apoptotic death in several GBM cell lines than in normal astrocytes.
